A unique data lake and differentiated access profiles
Smart Procurement Platform is based on a data lake that collects data from suppliers, orders, invoices and contracts. The solution is further enriched by open data and other data sources, integrated through standardized interfaces and Robotic Process Automation automatisms. This integration is essential to enrich and qualify the supplier profile.
The information is consulted through a simple web interface designed to adapt to the different needs of users. This includes both the staff of the Procurement structures and other corporate stakeholders, who can thus efficiently track the progress of the purchasing processes.

Flexible, autonomous and customizable modules
Smart Procurement Platform is progressively enriched with new features: flexible modules have been implemented for primary customers, which can be customized and optimized both in terms of the company's industry and in terms of compliance with the national regulations according to which the data is collected and then used.
Procurement value creation
The module allows you to view in a single point the evolution of all Procurement KPIs such as processing times, savings, stakeholder satisfaction, but also to highlight potential inefficiencies and opportunities for process improvement.

The Web interface is available for Procurement and all business users, offering in a simple way a search engine that allows you to photograph the state of the art of purchase requests, suppliers, orders, invoices, ensuring the security and confidentiality of data.
Saving finder
Procurement can use this form to identify potential savings by category of expenditure, country and other criteria: thanks to the analysis of the history, the minimum/maximum discount possibilities and the savings potentially obtainable thanks to the consolidation of suppliers are highlighted.
Price checking
A customizable robot automatically verifies the prices of supplier offers, highlighting any anomalies, minimizing possible human errors and freeing up value-added time for the Procurement staff.
Smart vendor qualification
The module automatically checks, thanks to robot process automation and OCR systems, the quality and completeness of the information, as well as notifying suppliers of any missing or incorrect documentation in terms of legal, compliance or compliance with company regulations.
A modular solution powered by Generative AI
Through the integration of Artificial Intelligence, Smart Procurement Platform has been enriched with two additional modules:
A module for contractual documentation in which the Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) is applied, which allows contracts to be “interrogated” for the extraction of specific information, massive data extraction and comparison of clauses in a more efficient and personalized way, allowing the management of documents with heterogeneous structures.
A form dedicated to the GDPR that supports users during the purchase and drafting of the relevant contract, for an informed compilation on aspects relevant to data protection. The user receives assistance through an intelligent chatbot that collects information on the purchase and on the GDPR documentation.
A 'plug & play' solution
The integration of Smart Procurement Platform generates a reduced impact, compared to legacy and pre-existing IT systems: the modular architecture and the use of APIs for the exchange of information in real time have allowed the integration of key platforms such as SAP and Ivalua.
