The challenge

Supplying customers quickly and reliably with More Nutrition and ESN food supplements and fitness products despite increasing demand

The scenario

Fitness trends and dynamic sales drive growth

ESN and More Nutrition, brands of The Quality Group (TQG), are a must-have for anyone interested in healthy diet and nutritional supplements for sports and fitness. In recent years, the company has grown rapidly due to the rising fitness trend and dynamic sales through social media and influencer partnerships. Today, TQG employs over 1,200 people and operates several warehouse locations in Germany. In addition to a 6,000 m² warehouse for B2B needs, TQG uses a 10,000 m² storage area with 14,000 storage spaces for processing B2C orders.

But the existing technical infrastructure was not designed for this rapid growth. A new warehouse management system was needed that would enable TQG to react flexibly to changes and, above all, to seamlessly map the peak periods across all locations - especially during promotions like ESN Week or Black Week.

The solution

Long-term expansion of supply chain processes with LEA Reply

In order to efficiently and scalably absorb order peaks in the rapidly growing direct-to-consumer business and in social commerce, TQG now relies on Logistics Reply's LEA Reply warehouse management system. This enables the company to easily track each individual batch, integrate multi-order picking into its work and automatically control picking times. The new WMS has also significantly simplified replenishment management and greatly reduced the potential for errors.

In addition, it enables LEA Reply TQG to further expand its innovative ideas and progressive growth approach in warehouse processes. Since the WMS rollout, for example, a drone has been introduced for inventory. This is directly connected to LEA Reply via an interface, so that all selected inventory data is transferred to the system in real time.

The results

Measurable success

The introduction of LEA Reply not only simplifies and accelerates internal processes at TQG, but also leads to measurable results, which customers can experience with every order.
