“Make forward” means being aware of technologies and trends as they emerge, exploring their potential and learning how to exploit them rather than chase them.

We actively promote self-improvement courses for our employees, focusing on soft skills and communication skills.
In particular, the user-generated content training programme, Learn.Share.Remix, allows Reply employees to become lecturers and speakers, sharing and discussing trending topics of corporate interest through interactive sessions and workshops.
We believe and invest in the development of talent and skills. This attitude is encouraged and applied not only internally to our employee community, but also externally to the students and professionals that participate in a variety of activities aiming to involve students.
