Digital Twin of the Organisation

How to overcome Cloud Computing management challenges adopting a Generative AI-powered replica of IT Department.

Enhancing cloud management with Generative AI

The Digital Twin of Organisation (DTO) is one of Reply’s most advanced and comprehensive models designed to improve cloud management through the implementation of a multi-agent network Generative AI-based.
This innovative three-level model virtually replicates a company's organisational structure, ensuring that cloud management is efficient, responsive, and scalable.

The main benefits of the DTO model

One of the key advantages of the DTO model is accelerated onboarding: new employees receive real-time guidance and access to relevant contextual information, dramatically reducing the time needed to become fully operational.
Additionally, the DTO helps to reduce wait times between stakeholders by bridging information gaps and ensuring continuous support, thus allowing inter-team processes to flow smoothly and ensuring stakeholders receive timely responses.
Moreover, agents within the DTO handle repetitive tasks and offer specialised assistance, which frees up human teams to concentrate on more strategic and complex activities.

A growing set of use cases

Reply's DTO model is being implemented in companies across various industries, enhancing the overall productivity of cloud operations and ensuring that organisations' technological infrastructures operate efficiently and effectively. The agents are learning to work autonomously, with humans called in for oversight and intervention as needed.

Among the first successful use cases is a digital assistant capable of supporting the monitoring of systems from both application and infrastructure perspectives. This agent can analyse all relevant metrics in a few minutes and produce a root-cause analysis document in about 10 minutes, compared to the 1-2 days typically required by humans in the adopting organisation.

Other notable use cases include the Smart Enhancer, which improves application performance and quality through continuous optimisation, ensuring efficient operation and an enhanced user experience; and an agent specialised in analysing triage security alerts. This agent's goal is to automatically analyse the 50,000 reports per month generated from vulnerability assessments, providing risk-based categorisation and determining the optimal timing for patches.
