Established in 2001, the company integrates luxury, fashion, and elegance within the outlet shopping experience. To continue delivering a high-quality service, The Mall Luxury Outlets recognised the need to modernise its administrative and financial processes. The company faced challenges in managing its Order to Cash cycle and Procure to Pay process, which involved high extra-system activities and superfluous costs. Moreover, the lack of a centralised system led to inefficiencies in budget management and approval workflows. To address these issues, The Mall Luxury Outlets sought to implement a single integrated system that could streamline operations and enhance overall efficiency.

THE SOLUTION

A comprehensive NetSuite ERP implementation

To solve these challenges, The Mall Luxury Outlets partnered with Air Reply, a specialist in designing and implementing NetSuite ERP cloud solutions. As a NetSuite Alliance Partner, Air Reply utilised its expertise to develop a tailored solution for The Mall. This included the implementation of the NetSuite Extended Italian Localization (NExIL) SuiteApp to handle the unique requirements of Italian administrative and financial procedures. The project focused on automating the active invoicing flow, managing customer contracts, and setting up multiple approval workflows for purchase orders, vendor bills, and payments. Additionally, the Expense Commitments and Budget Validation SuiteApp was activated to facilitate budget management and monitoring, ensuring that all financial activities were aligned with the company’s budgetary constraints.
