With customers using digital tools as their primary method of shopping, Shaw Floors needed a more effective and efficient digital experience to allow customers to browse flooring options and visualize their final selections while being able to seamlessly connect with dealers in their area.
The resulting solution, built in Kentico CMS, included interactive 3D room scenes, augmented reality, product trend galleries and “day-in-the-life storytelling” to provide customers inspiration and tools at every turn. It successfully blurred the lines between the online and in-store showroom experience.
Using the concept of “day-in-the-life storytelling” Sagepath Reply was able to demonstrate Shaw's full line of products in everyday life scenarios, highlighting features and benefits, while providing customers with inspirational ideas to update the look of their home.
To nurture customers beyond the sale, Sagepath Reply also introduced voice technology to Shaw's suite of tools, providing convenient access to helpful tips on care and maintenance, and a future channel to market Shaw's full line of related products.
With innovative design and development solutions, Shaw Floors latest digital experiences have served as a beacon to new and existing customers, providing increased traffic, engagement and leads for dealers.
