Pepco were building a new warehouse with JDA deployment in Gyál, Hungary. The project required the following:
End to end processes for HR, order management (supplier & store), workforce management
Additional integration to transport management and access control systems
Transition, migration , operational and security processes
SAP HR and SAP SuccessFactors roll out was in progress in parallel to JDA and needed a roadmap
A Solution architect from Reply engaged with business and technology stakeholders from Pepco to:
Define end to end processes and integration patterns to integrate JDA WMS to MS Dynamics, SAP HR and SAP SuccessFactors
Roadmap for deploying JDA and SAP HR& SAP SuccessFactors across regions
Integrate and process linking JDA WMS to 3rd party systems including Hungarian government
Benefits included a smooth rollout of new warehouse and JDA attributed to the detailed analysis for end to end processes as well as improved logistics for Hungary and Eastern Europe.
