Among Pastiglie Leone's priorities was the optimisation of operational processes, such as the order-to-cash cycle (sales and customer management) and the procure-to-pay cycle (purchases and supplier management), as well as the modernisation of production and logistics. This process led to the choice of Oracle JD Edwards as the most suitable ERP, due to its reliability and advanced logistical features, including product traceability, batch management, and expiry date control. Reply Consulting then oversaw the implementation, activating key modules such as Inventory & Warehouse Management, Manufacturing Management, Financials, and Sales Order Management, ensuring seamless integration with Pastiglie Leone’s operational processes. To maximise efficiency and scalability, Red Reply designed a tailored infrastructure for the ERP based on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), a secure, resilient, and high-performance platform.
