Portaltech Reply has partnered with SPAR ICS, the group-wide assessed IT service centre of SPAR Austria Group, to provide to Hervis, a SPAR brand leader in sports apparel and equipment, a new ecommerce omni-channel platform.
The platform is based on the SAP Hybris retail's best practice and Accelerator, in order to integrate the company's physical and digital stores.
The new platform enables consumers, shopping in a Hervis store, to purchase a product that is not in stock, due to size or colour limitations, by paying in store and then having the product delivered at home. These payment methods are integrated perfectly with the various types of fufillment available, offering the customer a wide range of delivery options, including at home or collecting in-store.

‘Omni-channel commerce’ means developing parallel paths for customers, in terms of both digital and physical stores, using different channels of communication and interaction, such as the web, smartphones and, very soon, a watch.
"Portaltech Reply understands the language of IT people as well as the business perspective in our dynamic retail industry."
