During the development of the project, most of the energies were invested in internal change management and many other internal initiatives were born through brainstorming, comparisons with sector experts and focus groups with Top Management. The introduction of a dedicated Oracle platform, in cloud and multilingual, configured for Cefla by the Reply team, aims to have a more possible objective and structured management approach for employees all over the world, through the standardization of processes and working methods that may become part of the time of Cefla DNA.
The close collaboration with the Marketing & Communications team has also allowed us to address the issue of training, integrating traditional classroom lessons, always followed by follow-up verification, modern E-Learning and visuals methods.

Cefla Medical Equipment is the first European manufacturer of dental units and a leader in diagnostic technologies, with established brands such as Anthos, Stern Weber, Castellini, Victor, MyRay, NewTom and Mocom. In the last two years, C-LED has been focused on these Business Units, focused on the LED lighting business, technologies for growing and wireless connectivity.
