According to the Italian Stock Exchange Regulation, Reply S.p.A. has defined the following company events calendar for the year 2024:
Wednesday March 13 | Board of Directors meeting for the approval of the draft separate and consolidated financial statements for the year ended 31 December 2023; |
Tuesday May 14 | Board of Directors meeting for the approval of the Interim Management Statements for the period ended 31 March 2024; |
Friday August 2 | Board of Directors meeting for the approval of Half Year Financial Report for the period ended 30 June 2024; |
Thursday November 14 | Board of Directors for the approval of the Interim Management Statements for the period ended 30 September 2024. |
The Shareholders’ Meeting called to approve the separate financial statements as of 31 December 2023 will be held on 23rd April 2024 in first call and on 24th April 2024 in second call.
