Reply conducted a Copilot Value Discovery Workshop to explore the potential benefits and applications of Copilot within the organisations. This included being engaged in extensive adoption and evaluation activities, including the deployment of 300 pilot users (at each organisation across multiple boards) across various job roles to test the impact of Copilot.
In response to the rising opioid crisis, Reply has collaborated with Aberdeen City Council and local health organisations to launch Aberdeen Protects. This is a life-saving mobile app designed to prevent drug-related deaths. Using Microsoft Azure and cutting-edge cloud technologies, the app empowers communities by providing real-time naloxone stock locations, overdose response guidance, harm reduction strategies, and drug alerts through push notifications. By ensuring fast, informed action in overdose situations, the initiative bridges the gap between crisis and emergency response, ultimately saving lives.
Art should be accessible to all, however, individuals with visual impairments often struggle to fully experience it. Traditional human-generated descriptions of artwork can be time-consuming to produce and often lack the depth needed to reflect the intricate details of colour, shape, and texture. This limitation creates barriers for visually impaired visitors who rely on rich, descriptive narratives to fully engage with art. By leveraging the power of Azure OpenAI GPT-4 Turbo Vision, Reply has ensured that the Rijksmuseum can generate detailed, multilingual descriptions of artworks at speed and scale. These AI-generated insights enhance digital accessibility, ensuring inclusivity for remote and visually impaired audiences
Save the Children International (SCI), a prominent humanitarian organisation working in 118 countries, faced inefficiencies in its administrative and financial systems. With rising data volumes and an underperforming ERP system, SCI struggled to keep up with its expanding operations. To address this, Reply was chosen to support the integration of SCI’s critical systems, leveraging the power of Microsoft Azure and the Boomi platform. By implementing 30 integrations and providing ongoing support, Reply successfully streamlined SCI’s supply, finance, and operations infrastructure.
Everyday, Reply’s systems check the authenticity of millions of medicine packs before they are supplied to members of the public, detecting falsified and substandard products, combatting medicine diversion and preventing harm to patients. Reply has partnered with UNICEF to design and deliver the Traceability and Verification System (TRVST) to detect falsified vaccines and medicinal products within the supply chain. TRVST, pronounced ‘Trust’, is designed to support low and middle-income countries (LMICs) in their ongoing fight to eliminate the falsification and diversion of $30 billion worth of medicinal products per annum.
European Medicine Verification System (EMVS)
Reply has played a pivotal role in enhancing pharmaceutical safety across Europe with our work on the European Medicines Verification System (EMVS). We have built the hub and 16 national systems using Microsoft Azure technology as part of the EMVS. The Hub allows manufacturers to securely upload billions of serial numbers, which are then distributed to national systems to verify the authenticity of medicines at the point of dispense. These checks help protect citizens from falsified medications, promoting trust in the EU’s pharmaceutical supply chain.
