Hannover Messe, which takes place this year from 30 May to 02 June 2022, is a trend barometer and innovations driver for a globally and digitally integrated industrial sector with this year’s lead-theme focus on Industrial Transformation. The global industrial sector is in the midst of a period of major change, driven primarily by the megatrends of digitization, individualization and climate protection.
All key technologies and core areas of industry – from research and development, industrial automation, IT, industrial supply, production technologies and services to energy and mobility technologies – can be found in Hannover.
Reply's experts show you how the topics of Robots, VR/Metaverse, 5G, Edge and Security come together. Visit us in Hall 4, Booth E53 and discover the possibilities offered by Robots, VR and the Metaverse, and understand how you can use modern IT architectures to secure corporate infrastructures and protect them from cyber attacks.
Infinity Reply has developed an innovative and forward-thinking way to innovate product presentation and explanation. The demo application shows a cloud-based "remote rendering" application that can be streamed in real-time to any output device/media. The product visualization is based on development data (CAD) in Unreal, a game engine technology from the world's leading manufacturer Epic Games.
Process control and automation are complex industrial processes that require a high degree of reliability and safety. The disruption, manipulation or even the impairment of such processes can be detrimental to the company in terms of both operational disruptions and failures as well as life-threatening for the operating personnel. In the course of the digital transformation and Industry 4.0, the factory is no longer a silo, but production interacts strongly with IT. The provision of production data to the business world, but also orders, for example from ERP systems to production, is now part of everyday life in the digital business world. The complexity of the resulting infrastructure and processes offers attack surfaces for cyber attacks. Spike Reply demonstrates which attack scenarios can exist against certain infrastructures and how these infrastructures can be designed securely, taking into account technical, procedural or legal requirements.
Cluster Reply presents a smart parcel tracking system. Various data is collected via smart sensors attached to the parcels and analysed in a Power BI dashboard. The sensors measure, among other things:
the distance the parcel travels
the pressure exerted on the parcel (important for fragile goods)
the degree of inclination of the parcel (relevant e.g. when transporting goods made of glass)
the degree of brightness (important for goods that are only to be transported in a dark room)
the ambient temperature
as well as the air quality and humidity.
All information can be evaluated over the entire route and is visualized on the Power BI dashboard.
Lifting, transporting or pulling loads, climbing stairs, taking high-resolution photos with machine vision, collecting and processing valuable data and creating 3D scans for digital twins - the possibilities offered by the SPOT robot are plenty.
Roboverse Reply shows on-site the application possibilities and versatility that SPOT offers:
Spot Robot with the Robotic Arm
Autonomous Missions with the robot
Inspections with Visual and Thermal Vision solution
Remote Inspection DEMO in Virtual Reality
Teleoperation with the use of Roboverse Platform in Microsoft Teams
Robust and secure connectivity solution with the Mesh Radio for remote inspections
