A changing market

In an environment in which purchasing behavior and sales cycles are becoming ever faster and shorter due to the dynamics of social media, there is a need to establish a relationship of trust and a continuous and direct dialogue between consumers and brands for the after-sale. Customer service is therefore becoming increasingly important, as are marketing and sales.

This is a fundamental aspect for many brands.
One of the most important players in the international motorcycle business therefore wanted to develop an advanced, interactive after-sales concept for the launch of its new model that would completely merge with the design and launch of the new motorcycle. How best to achieve this, integrating new technologies and digital experience?

THE Solution

A new connectivity ecosystem

The brand made available to the rider community a special mobile app, widely used by motorcyclists to track data and record motorcycle travel information and statistics, a logbook with the possibility of sharing experiences, identifying routes and itineraries.

Connect Reply worked on designing the digital experience of the new bike, integrating its main features to make them usable and manageable within the application itself. Thanks to an advanced connectivity platform, created by the Reply company, the motorcycle company has thus been able to build a new technological ecosystem and, at the same time, establish a new relationship with the user: the digital experience has become an integral part of the product itself.

HOW DID WE DO IT

An app that extends freedom for motorcyclists

Thanks to the new Connect Reply functions and integration with the connectivity platform, the app now allows every motorcyclist to customize their riding experience. It is now possible to create and modify motorcycle configuration maps, choose the driving style, take into account weather and terrain conditions, adjust performance and perform traction control.

In this way, maximum freedom is offered to the rider and adaptability to the context of motorcycle use. Other connected services allow you to use the telephone, headphones, music, messaging, displaying all the information directly on the motorcycle's display.

NEXT STEP

A dialogue with fans

The application, available free of charge in connection with the sale of motorcycles, will soon be equipped with additional features that will make it the best tool for activating an ongoing dialogue with motorcycle enthusiasts.

All the new features of the app were successfully presented at EICMA 23.
