Customers increasingly expect brand communications to be tailored to them. Content personalization isn’t just a trend - it’s a fundamental shift in how businesses must engage with their audiences.
Storybent, a content marketing agency, specializes in creating this content for its clients but faced the challenge of scaling highly engaging, personalized content without significantly increasing costs. Storybent’s highest margin deliverables are called “high value” content for lead generation, like a long-form white paper or other form of thought leadership that may require the user to provide their contact information for the download. To promote this content, their clients engage Storybent to also create deliverables that market that “high value” content, like social ads, emails, and blog posts, that are tailored to an industry, a role, or a stage in the sales cycle.

WHAT WE DID
An AI-powered solution to scale personalized content creation
Storybent turned to Storm Reply to develop a next-generation AI-powered solution that transforms a single “hero” thought leadership piece, like a white paper, into new marketing assets such as emails and blog posts. The solution enables content to be tailored for specific industries, job roles, and - most importantly - crafted in the distinct voice of a particular author or tone. To build the solution, Storm Reply conducted extensive experiments to determine the optimal AWS tech stack and LLMs. The final platform is built on Amazon Bedrock and leverages AWS Lambda, Amazon API Gateway, Amazon S3, and Amazon IAM for seamless scalability and security.
Storm Reply collaborated so well with my team and me. The technology is so new, we all knew we were on the leading edge of what’s possible. The team was incredibly nimble in testing hypotheses on the AWS platform; building on what worked, and quickly shelving what didn’t work. We couldn’t have done this without the technical expertise and flexibility of the Storm Reply team.
