Cluster Reply, a Reply group company specialising in Microsoft technology, has won the Microsoft Partner of the Year 2024 award for Italy. The company was recognised among the top Microsoft partners worldwide for excellence in implementing innovative solutions for its clients based on Microsoft technology.

The "Microsoft Country Partner of the Year" award honours national Microsoft partners who, over the past year, have developed and delivered innovative solutions based on Microsoft technologies. The winners are selected from over 4,700 entries from more than 100 countries worldwide. Cluster Reply was recognised for the level of its solutions and services offered, the results achieved in the Italian market, and its demonstrated ability to support its clients' growth, as well as the commitment within the AI Lab initiative to maximise the positive impact of new technologies and support responsible adoption of generative AI in Italy.
The award was also given thanks to a project realised by Cluster Reply for MAIRE, which leverages the Microsoft Sustainability Manager solution to automate the collection, visualisation, and processing of environmental data. This collaboration underscores a commitment to integrating new Microsoft technologies and a focus on sustainability. The solution has been expanded to include new features such as a chatbot based on Azure OpenAI services, allowing users to access information on sustainability topics. Additionally, the solution has been extended to facilitate MAIRE in collecting data from internal and external stakeholders, creating customised dashboards, and generating easy-to-read reports.
In addition to the Partner of the Year for Italy, Reply, with Valorem Reply, the group’s company specialising in providing innovative solutions on Microsoft technology, won the 2024 Nonprofit Microsoft Partner of the Year award.
