Company events 2021 Calendar

According to the Italian Stock Exchange Regulation, Reply S.p.A. has defined the following company events calendar for the year 2021:

• Monday March 15 Board of Directors meeting for the approval of the draft separate and consolidated financial statements for the year ended 31 December 2020;
• Friday May 14 Board of Directors meeting for the approval of the Interim Management Statements for the period ended 31 March 2021;
• Tuesday August 3 Board of Directors meeting for the approval of Half Year Financial Report for the period ended 30 June 2021;
• Monday November 15 Board of Directors for the approval of the Interim Management Statements for the period ended 30 September 2021.

The Shareholders’ Meeting called to approve the separate financial statements as of 31 December 2020 will be held on 26th April 2021 in first call and on 27th April 2021 in second call.
