According to the Italian Stock Exchange Regulation, Reply S.p.A. has defined the following company events calendar for the year 2023:
Tuesday March 14 | Board of Directors meeting for the approval of the draft separate and consolidated financial statements for the year ended 31 December 2022; |
Monday May 15 | Board of Directors meeting for the approval of the Interim Management Statements for the period ended 31 March 2023; |
Tuesday August 1 | Board of Directors meeting for the approval of Half Year Financial Report for the period ended 30 June 2023; |
Tuesday November 14 | Board of Directors for the approval of the Interim Management Statements for the period ended 30 September 2023. |
The Shareholders’ Meeting called to approve the separate financial statements as of 31 December 2022 will be held on 20th April 2023 in first call and on 21st April 2023 in second call.
