About the M&S Food Supplier Portal

Logistics Reply has collaborated with M&S to develop an online supplier portal for its food suppliers. This innovative platform ensures that all incoming supplier products are instantly visible to M&S as soon as they are dispatched from each supplier's location.

The M&S portal, crafted by Logistics Reply, leverages the latest version of LEA Reply™, Reply’s cloud-based supply chain and logistics suite. It is designed for ease of use, quick setup, and aims to eliminate manual data input from suppliers, thereby minimizing potential human errors for M&S.

Suppliers will utilize mobile scanners to input product data into the cloud-based online portal, instantly generating M&S-compliant ASNs, SSCCs, and Transport Manifests in both electronic and print formats.
Logistics Reply will individually contract with each supplier to use the M&S supplier portal, providing on-site installation and training at each dispatch location.

“Following the implementation of the movement of stock programme we will have a much faster, efficient and more accurate supply chain”
