Failed deliveries predictive tool

A Machine Learning model implemented on Amazon SageMaker

The demo goes through the process of deploying a tool that predicts if a home delivery will fail or not based on a set of key features like time of delivery, geo-location of customer or value of item. This could help retailers and logistics companies to reduce the economic and environmental impact of the missed delivery problem. This proof-of-concept covers multiple steps, including storage of data on S3, feature engineering & training of the model with SageMaker, results visualisation/dashboarding with Athena/Quicksight and finally the deployment on a AWS endpoint.

Transform data into content

Intelligent document processing is an umbrella term related to automated extraction, interpretation, classification and handling of digitized documents. ​ ​+/- 80% of data is unstructured, and documents are often a bottleneck to automate processes. ​ AWS supports in different ways to enhance Intelligent Data Capture and document processing so data can be extracted and by labeling it, the data becomes content that can be handle further in the process.

Contact Centre Analytics Service Experience

CCASE is a ‘plug and play’ analytics solution that aims to improve contact centre productivity, call quality management, and enhance the service experience for customers and agents. This ‘accelerator’ tool has a customized AI-enabled foundation built by using different AWS components and can run on-premise or in the cloud.
