HARMONIZING THE NETWORK’S ROUTING INTELLIGENCE

For global network providers, routing is key when it comes to network efficiency and customer satisfaction. It needs reliable technology and a customized service logic for a telco provider to always have its call procedures and cost structures at hand.

Therefore, Live Reply developed a Centralized Routing Engine (CRE) for a global network provider with a mobile, a fix and a cable network. The routing intelligence of the network has been harmonized so that any routing decisions are now centralized. The CRE was integrated into the existing virtualized environment without any outages in the live network.
