​​​Click Reply™ Augmented Reality is the innovative suite solution that – thanks to the latest technological innovations – brings a new and exciting customer experience to the execution at work.

Process execution is carried out in real-time in the field through the use of smart glasses guiding the operator while he carries out the activities based on the environment and the objects he is looking at.

The operator can work completely hands-free and is visually and easily guided by the system, which shows only the necessary information that adds value in a specific moment. This information avoids alienation, achieves usage immediacy and simplifies complex processes. Therefore, an inexperienced worker can start to perform new processes after a greatly reduced training time.

The Click Reply™ Augmented Reality solution provides a framework for augmented reality process modelling and execution, which is designed to be device-independent and to allow modelling portability towards different, future generations of smart glasses.

Different types of components are being offered – each with a set of properties that can be activated/deactivated or personalised – and made available to build a custom workflow, to communicate with the back-end application and to execute it on the device.

This solution offers a set of already available processes according to the core logics of the Click Reply™ Warehouse Management product it integrates.

Thanks to the parameterisation of the solution and the modelling framework, you can also personalise the already available processes and build new ones in a very short time.

Apps can be integrated with the Click Reply™ product suite or with any other non-Click application.

Click Reply™ took on this challenge and works constantly to embed in its solution the latest technological components and the best smart glasses suitable for the industrial world. As a result, the following features are offered:

• a rich user experience: the new UX generation integrates various technological components to show different styles, themes, pictures, videos and 3D models
• operator recognition: without any self-declaration from the operator
• notifications: capturing events from external sources and generating notifications for the operator
• guided navigation: the ability to guide operators in their movements in relation to their position and the surrounding environment
• area highlight: the ability to state whether the position reached is correct or not by layering coloured areas on the visuals the operator is seeing
• 1-D and 2-D barcode recognition: able to detect different barcode formats
• text recognition: the ability to detect texts as process inputs, in substitution for barcodes
