For one National Vertical Telco Operator in Italy, extremely attentive to what are the changes in the market within a competitive environment, the Monthly Billing project aims to bring back billing frequency of the entire customer base from a period of 4 weeks to a monthly period (1st of every month), according to Italian regulatory law.

Challenges 

- Migrate the whole customer base (CB) keeping unchanged all the customer facing processes
- Migrate the CB without any discontinuities in the invoice process

Solution 

Sytel Reply, mixing PL/SQL procedures (developed ad hoc for the project) to Oracle BRM native capabilities helped our Client in the transition to the new billing frequency by helping him to grasp both his technical and context constraints.​
