About Neo Reply

Neo Reply is the company within the Reply Group specialized in Digital Experience Platforms (DXP). Together with our customers, we design, implement and improve tailored DXP strategies and solutions for front- and backend. These include enterprise content management, AI-powered personalization and search technologies, and e-commerce integrations.

Our focus here is on the FirstSpirit DXP from Crownpeak. Our many years of experience with Crownpeak's product portfolio have given us particular expertise, and the development of templates as well as modules for this environment is one of our strengths.

To offer a unique digital experience, companies need to generate, combine, prepare and deliver relevant data. Our experts develop and integrate solutions that make this effortless.
