LEA Reply™ Last Mile manages collection and delivery related activities. The driver, assisted by a mobile App, is able to handle, in real-time, all the operations typical of “last mile” deliveries: issuing delivery certifications, electronic signature capture, photographic proof, processing of both electronic and credit card payments, in addition to notifications and messaging-related activities.
The solution not only follows activities throughout the territory, but also helps streamline and coordinate activities at branch level: loading, inbound checking, payment processing and composition of delivery rounds. The solution is easy and straightforward to use through the availability of dashboards, graphical indicators and a real-time map display of events collected from the field. Using a web application, the branch is able to view, georeferenced on a map, the progress of daily activities, with access to photos, proof of deliveries and documents signed by the recipients – all available in real-time.
The drivers are always reachable through notifications and messages, increasing the overall responsiveness of the organisation and making it possible to add last-minute pickups or to rearrange the sequence of delivery rounds.
