Reply was selected to develop a new Data Strategy highlighting changes across People, Process & Technology.


SOLUTION

Reply developed a deep understanding of the business through discovery sessions with key stakeholders, including the conduct of a data maturity assessment.

Reply developed a Target Operating Model for data including a capability model and established new principles to underpin the model.

The operating model included a RACI matrix for stakeholders by capability areas, outlining the way the organisation’s EO should operate in combination with a new cultural model and governance framework.

OUTCOMES

Refresh the Data Strategy & Make It Real:
Rapidly understand the work completed to date and complete a current state assessment to refresh the data strategy, making it real, executable and achievable.

Lay Appropriate Foundations:
Ensure that data can support EO in the long term by identifying key foundations required for success. Focus on the operating model, organisational capability and technical target architecture required to ensure ongoing value can be realised by the Data & MI teams while supporting Data Science.

Realise Quick Wins:
Identify quick wins that can be implemented at pace with ‘no regrets’. Clearly show that the programme and engagement is adding value through this process.

Support Inflight Projects:
Ensure there is an understanding of the ongoing inflight projects and where possible the Data Strategy helps to support, or if not quick wins can be implemented to unlock value sooner.
