With its 5,500 employees, the company manages approximately 1.5 million individual parking spaces at over 9,500 locations in 13 European countries. Via its open digital platform APCOA FLOW, the company connects on-street and off-street car parks with clients, partners, customers and their vehicles. Based on this technology, APCOA is transforming its car parks into mobility hubs, offering innovative services that enable a more convenient mobility experience.

As part of realising APCOA’s strategy, APCOA engaged Glue Reply in four key due diligence activities. These comprise of the evaluation of two organisations and their well-established digital technology capabilities, as well as, two start-ups with potentially highly disruptive technologies that might significantly affect the industry.

To fulfil this, Glue Reply used it’s well proven Audit & Assessment methodology, tailored to the needs of APCOA, which has been developed over the last 15 years and used to support over 30 organisations.
