The call for physical distancing by the pandemic required event professionals to reimagine the tethers that connect people together, and people to ideas.

Events Booking Portal is a portal that can collect personal information from attendees and send them directly to the gift provider without the hosting company as an intermediary.

Data privacy has always been important. But as more of our relationships becomes digitized, we tend to share more personal information online. Events Booking Portal supports these entities in answering the question:

How can you provide attendees something to remember when there are no room drops but many GDPR rules and privacy concerns to be compliant with?

How does the Portal work?

Guests can fill-in their personal information through the portal. The list of authorised guests is validated by the portal, without the need of sharing personal information to the event organisers. The gift provider then receives the validated list, so that gifts can be dispatched.
