AMS and Application Development on ServiceNow Platform

Atlas Reply Roma supports the Energy Operator in managing application maintenance, development, testing, and delivery activities on the ServiceNow platform. They also propose new solutions and improvements for all applications of competence.

Customer's Needs

This project can be broked down into as many sub-projects as there are applications of competence. Some of these sub-projects are managed in Agile mode.

ServiceNow Platform Enhancement

One of the primary objectives for the customer is to manage the application development and maintenance of the ServiceNow platform, which is deployed for multiple applications within the Corporate Systems perimeter.

- Retrieval of clear and detailed requirements
- Accurate and detailed receipt of Incidents, Requests, Changes, etc.
- Lack of knowledge among some owners of external processes that impact the customer's ServiceNow platform.
