This project allows Media Customer to fully manage the procurement processes of all artistic-productive areas, such as: purchase of fiction contracts, purchase of entertainment format licenses, management of VIP contracts, purchase of music services, etc. Specifically, the process created in the new platform, entirely based on Pegasystems technology, allows to:
- Create a new purchase request;
- Create and manage quotes within a dedicated platform;
- Guarantee process work flows based on various business scenarios;
- Generate contracts automatically;
Guide the ordinary contract management, how to track the supplies received and confirm payments to the supplier. Pega technology, based on cloud environment, guarantee an excellent User Experience of the new artistic-productive procurement also through Mobile platforms. A key feature of the project was to allow integrations between the new artistic-productive procurement platform with our Customer's main corporate systems, in order to involve all the most important business areas in the procurement processes.

Solution
Sytel Reply has created a new procurement platform implemented on PEGA Platform 8.3 based on cloud environment. The platform allows our Customer to manage the entire procurement process also through the mobile systems. The project has been conducted following a interactive approach in order to adjust the solution based on the customer needs.
