Integration is generally only noticed when it is missing. It is annoying to have to keep jumping between different systems and even more so if they are not there in the first place: this costs you time, customer satisfaction and, ultimately, money. We combine your existing system architecture, Macros products and third-party systems with the Macros eBridge adapters. This tight fusion of components makes your processes consistent, prevents media interruptions and makes work intuitive.
Macros eXtensions integrate your Office and e-mail systems into your system architecture. Open the documents in their original format directly from the Macros eClient (such as eDMS, ePAkt or eWorkplace), check them out and process them, and refile them with one click. You can also open documents in the Office programs directly from the DMS or add attachments from the DMS to mails. When filing e-mails, you choose whether e-mails should be filed including attachments or separately and which attachment is worth filing in the DMS. You alone decide which main system you want to work with.
With Macros eConnect, you integrate common archive and storage systems into your process landscape. As an archive-independent software provider, we give you the possibility of choosing freely between providers: EMC, Filenet/IBM, FAST LTA, IBM, NetApp, OpenText/Ixos, Saperion, etc.
Macros eConnect4 SAP and for (other) ERP systems enables the comprehensive integration of your SAP applications into our Macros products. Via jumps in the Macros applications, you open the right location in SAP based on the context, supplement masks with data from SAP or have your data update overnight. SAP integrations are common components of the Macros ePAkt digital HR file, the Macros eWorkplace mailbox / filing system and the Macros eDMS document management system.
Macros Reply is known for its technical expertise. And for precisely this reason we know how important the integration of their specialist and core systems is for banks and insurance companies. Thanks to the deep integration, data from these systems are used to “feed” incoming documents with additional information already at the input management stage. Later on in the processing stage, you can click on a process in Macros eWorkplace to open not only the appropriate file but, at the same time, the specialised or core system at the place appropriate to the context. The employee does not have to exit the main system; instead they receive all information with one click.
