The Macros eSuite2Connect comprises the secure data exchange components of FTAPI and combines them with the digitization and automation software of Macros Reply to form a comprehensive omnichannel solution. Web forms for the input channel that can be customized within minutes are just as much a part of the portfolio as the output - via Outlook plug-ins or automated via eNform. Macros eSuite2Connect ensures a GDPR-compliant connection between sender and receiver and forms the basis for the subsequent automation and processing of the data.

SecuForms

SecuForms are a true gem of digital communication: through its simplicity and fast implementability it’s a great possibility to improve the input management. The submitter has a web form at his disposal with an upload option that sends the information package securely to the recipient.

In return, the sender benefits from the simple handling with which he can deliver contracts, applications, expert opinions or other damage documents, medical records, etc. to the company.

For companies, SecuForms are the basis for digitizing and automating the communication process with the customer. The solution defines which consignments are sent for which purpose, where the consignment goes, and what additional information is required from the submitter. With this information, the further way through the process is paved and verification is only necessary in particular cases.

SubmitBox

The SubmitBox is an input channel similar to a mailbox that allows files to be submitted to the owner of the SubmitBox. The submitter receives a link to the SubmitBox interface, which is placed e.g. in an e-mail signature. Alternatively, the SubmitBox can be used at company level and the "mailbox" made available via the website.

For companies as recipients, the SubmitBox has the great advantage of receiving files digitally. There is no need of scanning or detecting the information, the input process is shortened, automation and dark processing can be carried out more quickly.
