Payam Zamani

After graduating from the University of California at Davis, Payam Zamani co-founded Autoweb.com (the first online car buying service) in 1994. He raised $12M from VCs and helped grow the company from concept to over $20M in annual revenue. He helped take the company public on March 23, 1999. The stock was priced at $14, opened at $28, and closed the first ... moreday at $40. Ultimately, the company's market cap reached $1.2B.

In late 1999, Zamani started PurpleTie. His goal was to create a national brand for dry cleaning by connecting an online storefront to thousands of neighborhoods around the country through a spoke-and-hub delivery system. The brand represented quality and focused on environmentally-friendly practices. The service launched in the San Francisco Bay Area during the summer of 2000. However, as the financing for Internet-based startups dried up in 2001, he shut down the business.

A few months later, Zamani learned that CarClub.com and iMotors.com had gone out of business. These businesses combined had raised about $500M in capital and he saw significant value in their brands. Zamani purchased their remaining assets for about $100K and formed Reply! Inc.. Zamani sees a multi-billion-dollar opportunity in offering a marketplace for the acquisition of locally-targeted online traffic on a cost-per-Enhanced Click™ or cost-per-lead basis. Zamani is a frequent speaker at industry events and graduate schools of business at University of California at Berkeley as well as Davis. Sean Fox

For the past ten years, Fox has held key executive management positions with a number of leading online marketing companies, including Vice President of Strategic Alliances for Internet Pictures Corporation (iPIX), Vice President of Sales for Homestore (now Move.com), and President of Connecting Neighbors. After Reply! acquired Connecting Neighbors in 2005, Fox served as the General Manager of Reply!'s largest business unit and then as its EVP of Business Development.

Prior to entering the business world, Fox was a trial lawyer at the U.S. Department of Justice and played a key role in filing a major lawsuit against Visa and Mastercard that ultimately forced those associations to change their business practices.

Fox holds a J.D. from the Georgetown University Law Center, a Masters in Economics from Cambridge University, and a B.A. in Economics and Political Science from Stanford University. less

Reza is Reply!’s CTO, in charge of technology and product roadmap associated with the various business lines. Reza joined Reply through the acquisition of Adhubs, a mobile advertising and application development platform specializing in lead generation, where he was the cofounder and CTO.... more

Prior to that, Reza was the head of Infrastructure Technologies and Strategies at Yahoo!, encompassing data centers, networks, storage and systems across the company. His responsibilities included network design, capacity planning and overall management of infrastructure strategies geared for Yahoo! properties, focusing on maximizing utilization. In addition he spear headed the open rationalization of the Yahoo!’s internal cloud and its effects on the WAN environments.

Prior to Yahoo!, Reza was the acting VP of engineering at Covad Communications, where he was a core contributor to the growth of the VOIP business. His entry to Covad was through the acquisition of Sedaip.com, where he was the President.

As SVP and GM at QuinStreet, Mancini launched the company into new verticals and spearheaded efforts to form partnerships with Fortune 1000 companies and leading industry partners.

Harrison has also served in various sales and sales management capacities at Oracle Corporation.
